My dad is pretty adept at using his cell phone, but rarely texts. My mom can barely make a phone call on one. My dad texted me this on my last birthday:

hapy birfday

Ten seconds later, to my surprise, I got a text from my mom. I opened it and read this:

hapy birfday

    That's kind of weird considering that Asian old people who live IN Asia use SMS all the time. My mum will text me to ask if I remembered to bring an umbrella >_< Seriously I think the inability of people over 30 to use SMS is a U.S. American thing.
