My dad asked me the dreaded question a while back…

Dad: So, what’s your major?
Me: Environmental Sciences.
Dad: Oh. That good?
Me: Yeah, I like it.
Dad: Ok. And then you’re going to be a lawyer?
Me: Maybe.

A little while later, Mom pulls me aside:
“Tiffany, you need to explain to your father what environmental science is. He’s afraid you’re going to become a recycler or one of those save-the-planet people.”

    I graduated in finance, work as a financial analyst. When I told my parents that I'm considering getting a CFA, they asked why not a law degree. LOL…what's with asian parents and law?

    Actually, my parents discouraged me from entering law and wanted me to become a doctor instead.
